Matcha Green Powder is stone grounded into a fine powder (from the leaves) whisked with water and consumed entirely, hence ensuring almost 10 times higher concentration of green tea antioxidants, polyphenols, vitamins, and minerals. Use it for making smoothies, shakes, cocktails, and cooking referring to our suggestive recipes, or enjoy it straight.
Heat fresh filtered water to 170°F.
Add 1 teaspoon of Matcha Powder to an 8 oz. bowl.
Pour the heated water into the bowl.
Whisk the tea using a tea whisk for approximately 1-2 minutes, until the Matcha Powder foams.
